short, frequently smiling, and open:)I should say more here...I'm content, fairly busy and occasionally prone to over-work...I love my life but would like to build on a relationship with someone who has figured out that it takes a bit of work to be worthwhile. I'm slightly bookish, slightly nerd-ish (love my gadgets) and willing to take a chance and have a laugh! I'm on a dating site because I'm naturally optimistic...but would appreciate being proved right any day now;)

Himself at all times! Also comfortable being friends first - then see what happens;) Honest, active, kind and has worked out how to be content...ready to laugh would be good too!

Coffee for a first date, the whole meeting-for-the-first time thing requires caffeine! After that...it depends, walks, gigs, dinner...cinema is out though - how can you get to know someone while watching a film? I do love film though...
