I would describe myself as:
Well-travelled, used to be a bit of a party animal in my 20s ... and most of my 30s. Love music (loads and loads of genres), scuba diving, swimming, walking the prom, and used to play soccer but had too many injuries. Not really drinking too much any more, even though I love good nights out, and have loads of friends in Galway but rarely get to meet anyone 'special'.Have done volunteering in Central America, worked as a DM in Thailand, and speak good Spanish, and much prefer summer to winter. Guess I am honest and not too full of myself ... I should really be running the country!
My ideal partner would be:
Independent minded, not into all the celebrity crap which seems to be all the rage these days. Somebody who doesn't care who is in VIP magazine, who likes documentaries rather than English soaps. Somebody with compassion, who likes to travel to check out other cultures rather than the package deals. Somebody 'left of centre'. I must be getting ould' I don't know half the celebrities these days .. and I don't care!
My ideal date would be:
A pub for a few informal drinks, with an easy escape route planned! C'mon ... I am an Irish man after all!!! Possibly dinner on the second or third night, all going well. Maybe a walk on the beach / promenade. I'm trying to give up those infamous Galway late night drinking sessions!
